What you receive
Participants receive six months of free access to the Pro plan — every Employko module included: leave and absences, onboarding, documents with ЕЕТЗ integration, surveys, and reporting. There is no „lite” version during the free period — you use the same Pro platform as paying customers.
Afterwards you continue on Pro at 5€ per user/month (standard price 8€), with that rate locked for 6 months. After the lock period, standard Pro pricing applies.
What we ask in return
Either a short written case or blog-style note about your experience — or a two-to-three-minute video with your permission. We are not looking for marketing fluff; one honest story is enough.
We also want direct product feedback. That is not a substitute for support tickets — it is real input on priorities. Early customers have shaped major releases over the past year, including ЕЕТЗ notification flows and onboarding checklists.
Who it is for
Companies with roughly 20–1,000 employees in Bulgaria that today juggle spreadsheets, email, and manual approvals — and want to reduce compliance and admin risk. Teams around or above 50 employees usually see the fastest payoff because regulatory workload jumps.
How to apply
Applications are reviewed continuously. We bring new companies in small groups so onboarding is done properly — usually within three business days from agreement to a live workspace. If you are accepted, we will arrange a setup conversation within 48 hours.
Capacity is limited; when a group is full we pause new intake until the next round.
