Today we are officially launching Employko — the HRIS built for the Bulgarian mid-market, designed from the ground up for companies operating in Bulgaria and the wider region. Why we built Employko

We built Employko because we kept hearing the same story from HR teams: they were drowning in spreadsheets, chasing paper documents, and wasting hours on tasks that should be automated. At the same time, large enterprise HR platforms were either too expensive, too complex, or simply not adapted to the Bulgarian regulatory and cultural context.
